% 01.02.2016 This is a suit for damages valued at less than Rs.1 crore. Ld. counsel for defendant submits that the suit property is situated at Naraina Industrial Area which falls under the jurisdiction of District New Delhi, Delhi hence seeks transfer of present case to District New Delhi, Delhi.

In view of the orders passed by Hon'ble Chief Justice, Delhi High Court vide notification no. 27187/DHC/Orgl. dated 24.11.2015, the present case stands transferred to District Court (New Delhi), Patiala House, Delhi. Parties are directed to appear before the Court of Ld. District Judge (New Delhi), Patiala House, Delhi on 11.05.2016. Registry is directed to send the complete case record to the concerned District Judge by next date of hearing.
