This application has been filed seeking a direction to the respondent to forthwith restore the water connection at the petitioner's premises in the nature of domestic usage.

The present writ petition has been filed seeking directions to the Delhi Jal Board to cancel the excessive and inflated water bills, and to convert the water connection from 'commercial' to 'domestic' category. 3.

Counsel appearing on behalf of the respondent/Delhi Jal Board, on instructions, submits that the respondent is ready and willing to change the connection of the petitioner's premises from commercial to domestic. 3.1.

Counsel appearing on behalf of the respondent further submits that the total outstanding amount due from the petitioner will be reduced to amount under Rs. 20,000/-.

The respondent shall be bound by the aforesaid statements. 6.

Mr. Khatri, counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner is satisfied with the same.

In view thereof, the present petition as well as the application stands disposed of as satisfied.

The date already fixed stands cancelled.
