O R D E R

By way of the instant petition, the petitioner seeks following reliefs: "a.

Issue a writ of mandamus directing Respondents to ensure protection of life and liberty of the Petitioner and his family from police officials of PS Shahabad Dairy.

b.

Direct an independent inquiry (by Vigilance, SIT, or any impartial agency) into the illegal raid of 04.12.2025, threats of encounter, abuse, misconduct, and harassment by SHO and other officials.

c.

Direct registration of PIR against the erring police officials for offences under IPC (including Sections 166, 167, 195A, 354,452, 506, etc.) after examining the CCTV footage.

d.

Pass an order restraining Respondents from conducting any illegal raids, coercive actions, harassment, or attempts to conduct a fake encounter of the Petitioner.

e.

Direct preservation and seizure of CCTV footage of the Petitioner's premises as well as PS Shahabad Dairy. 2.

The learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State informs the Court that approval in FIR No. 602/2024 has been granted which is registered under Section 3/4 of the Maharashtra Control of Organised Crime Act, 1999.

The grievance of the petitioner is that the police is visiting his house at odd hours, and misbehaves with his family members without even giving prior notice to him.

Further, on instructions from the I.O., this Court is informed by the APP for the State that the petitioner herein was not found at the address which is mentioned in the petition, and therefore, the notice had to be served on his father and could not be served on him. 5.

In these circumstances, it is deemed appropriate to direct that the State shall proceed as per law, qua the FIR in question. 6.

In view of above terms, the present petition alongwith pending application, if any, stands disposed of.
