The present applications, under Section 151 of the Civil Procedure Code, 1908, have been filed in both Appeals, seeking identically worded prayers, which read as under: "i. Allow the present application and direct correction/rectification of the typographical/clerical error in the judgment dated 24.12.2025 passed in LPA No. 63 of 2025 and LPA No. 1168 of 2024 in terms of paragraph 3 above; and/or"
2.
Both the captioned Appeals were disposed of vide common Judgement dated 24.12.2025 passed by this Court, of which paragraph no.50 reads as under:
"50. In view of the foregoing discussion and the conclusions recorded hereinabove, we find that LPA No. 1168/2024 preferred by the AAI merits acceptance. Accordingly, the said Appeal is allowed, and the finding of the learned Single Judge holding the impugned communication dated 08.02.2019 to be cryptic, mechanical, and vitiated by non-application of mind, is set aside." 3.
It has been pointed out that in the aforesaid paragraph, there is an inadvertent error as the letter dated is actually 08.03.2019, instead of 08.02.2019.

5.
Consequently, paragraph no.50 of the Judgement dated 24.12.2025 shall now be read as under:
"50. In view of the foregoing discussion and the conclusions recorded hereinabove, we find that LPA No. 1168/2024 preferred by the AAI merits acceptance. Accordingly, the said Appeal is allowed, and the finding of the learned Single Judge holding the impugned communication dated 08.03.2019 to be cryptic, mechanical, and vitiated by non-application of mind, is set aside."
