On 28.01.2025, we had heard the matter, however, later when we were dictating the Order, we found that the case of the petitioner would be governed by the Entitlement Rules for Casualty Pensionary Awards to the Armed Forces Personnel, 2008.

As similar matters are pending for adjudication before this Court, we have decided to list this matter along with the batch for further consideration.

Accordingly, issue notice to the respondent, to be served by the petitioners through all permissible modes, returnable on 18th March, 2025.
