The learned counsel for the plaintiff states that the plaintiff is agreeable to receiving a sum of `35,00,000/- as per the schedule proposed by the defendant, that is, `5,00,000/- on 20.09.2016; `12,50,000/- by 02.11.2016; and `17,50,000/- by 30.04.2017.

The learned counsel for the defendant states that he has today brought cheques aggregating `35,00,000/- as per the schedule agreed between the parties. The details of the cheques are as under:- S. No.

The defendant is present in Court and undertakes to the Court that the aforesaid cheques would be honoured on the presentation. His undertaking is accepted and he is bound down by the same. He shall also sign an initial on the copy of this order.

In view of the above undertaking, the Plaintiff has accepted the aforesaid cheques - subject to realisation - as full and final discharge of his claims.

On the aforesaid cheques being realised, the documents relating to the subject property deposited by the plaintiff in this court shall be returned to the defendant.

The present suit is decreed in terms of the aforesaid settlement. 7.

Let a decree sheet be drawn up.
