Petition under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 ('Cr.P.C.') read with Section 483 Cr.P.C. and Article 227 of the Constitution of India has been preferred on behalf of the petitioner against order dated 12.07.2010 passed by the learned Metropolitan Magistrate (Mahila Court), Karkardooma Courts, Delhi, whereby the complaint filed by petitioner under Section 31 of the DV Act, 2005 read with Rule 15 of the DV Rules, 2006, against the respondent was dismissed.

None appears on behalf of the petitioner. Even on the last date of hearing on 04.12.2024, none appeared on behalf of the petitioner. Since none appears on behalf of petitioner, petition is dismissed in default as well as for non-prosecution.
