Plaintiff's counsel seeks to withdraw the suit having been confronted by defendants' counsel with pleadings filed by plaintiff in the Court of Civil Judge (Senior Division), Union Territory of Chandigarh. The said suit, in respect of the property in Chandigarh, he stated that he had paid Rs. 3.25 crores. 2.

In the present suit, he alleges that the same has been paid by him, pursuant to an oral agreement with defendant in June 2021, for transfer of rights in the suit property being farmhouse No. 5, Westend Greens, Rajokri, New Delhi-110038.

Petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
