% 04.03.2016 After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he will not press the petition on merits provided that the eviction petition be disposed of expeditiously as his apprehension is that the tenant would be delaying the proceedings. Further submission being that the written statement has also been filed after one year. In this background, the Trial Court shall endeavour to expedite the trial and dispose of the matter expeditiously and preferably within an outer limit of 12 months from today.

Petition disposed of.
