% 10.04.2017 Petitioners have filed the present writ petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking a direction to respondents no.1 to 3 not to interfere with the habitation-cum-place of work of the petitioners situated at Railway Fatak/Mandawali Fatak, Madhuban, Delhi-110092. Mr. Mishra, on instructions, informs the court that the land, which is being illegally occupied by the petitioners belongs to the Railways. He submits that the wall, which has been referred to in this petition, was not

demolished by the MCD as the land does not belong to them. At this stage, learned counsel for the petitioners wishes to withdraw the present petition with liberty to file a fresh petition after impleading proper and necessary parties and adding further grounds.

Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. Liberty, as prayed, is granted. G.S.SISTANI, J.
