Learned counsel for the petitioner informs that necessary application to seek parole shall be filed before the competent authority as the period of six months from the previous parole has since expired.

Let the petitioner file any such application seeking parole before the competent authority. On filing the application for seeking parole, it would be decided within a reasonable time by the competent authority on merits.
