% 23.04.2018 It is submitted that petitioner and respondent no.2, who were living in the same locality, have settled the matter voluntarily, therefore, FIR No. 490/2014 under Sections 354A/506 IPC registered at police station Sarojini Nagar may be quashed.

Respondent no.2 is present in Court and has been identified by SI Shiv Kumar of police station Sarojini Nagar.

She submits that she has settled the matter with the petitioner of her own free will and without any undue force, pressure or coercion, therefore, she has no objection in case the FIR is quashed.

Keeping in mind the settlement arrived at between the petitioner and respondent no.2 voluntarily, in the interest of justice, aforesaid FIR and the

consequent proceedings emanating therefrom are quashed. Petition is disposed of in the above terms. Miscellaneous applications are disposed of as infructuous.
