There does not seem to be an agreement between petitioner No.1 and 2; even otherwise, with respect to the purported agreement between respondent Nos.1 and 2, respondent No.1 has already approached the Supreme Court for the appointment of an arbitrator. 2.

The case has been filed on 13.11.2025 vide diary no.65160/2025. The agreement of the aforesaid case requires the arbitrator to be appointed by the Supreme Court in view of the same being an International Arbitration under Section 2(f) of the Arbitration and Conicliation Act, 1996. 3.

The petition is, therefore, dismissed along with pending application.
