By way of this petition under Section 483 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023, the petitioner seeks grant of regular bail in connection with FIR No. 1117/2024 dated 08.12.2024 registered at P.S. Narela Industrial Area, under Section 21 of the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985.

After some arguments, Mr. Himanshu Ahuja, learned counsel for the petitioner, seeks permission to withdraw this bail application, without prejudice to the rights and remedies of the petitioner as available to him in law.

Accordingly, the bail application is dismissed as withdrawn in terms of the above submissions.

This Court has not made any comment upon the merits of any future application which may be filed by the petitioner, which may be decided by the concerned Court on its own merits.
