O R D E R

The matter has been mutually settled between the parties for an amount of Rs.10,20,000 /- (Rupees Ten Lakh Twenty Thousand only) over and above the amount so awarded and payable by the respondent-Insurance Company to the appellant. The amount be paid by the Insurance Company to the claimant through the Delhi High Court Legal Services Committee (DHCLSC) within four weeks from today, failing which interest @ 7.5% per annum shall be charged on delayed deposit. Out of the enhanced amount, 50% shall be released to the appellants in equal proportion and remaining 50% shall be

released in terms of the award of the learned Tribunal. The DHCLSC shall release the amount in terms of the aforesaid directions subject to fulfilment of requisite formalities.

In view of the settlement entered into between the parties, the appeal stands disposed of accordingly.
