O R D E R

% 17.05.2016 (1) The petitioner seeks anticipatory bail under Section 438 Cr.P.C. in case FIR No.536/2015 under Section 376 IPC registered at Police Station Khyala. Status report is on record.

(2) I have heard the learned counsel for the parties and have examined the file. The petitioner and the prosecutrix were acquainted with each other since long. Physical relations took place between the two albeit on the alleged promise to marry. The prosecutrix is aged about 25 years.

When the marriage between the petitioner and the prosecutrix did not happen, the instant FIR have been lodged. (3) Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner is admitted to anticipatory bail and in the event of his arrest, BAIL APPLN. 690/2016

he be released on bail on his furnishing personal bond in the sum of `40,000/-with one surety in the like amount to the satisfaction of the SHO/Investigating Officer with the condition that he shall join the investigation as and when required.

(4) The bail application stands disposed of.
