In view of nature of this application, no notice is required to be issued. The applicant Lovee Narula seeks modification of order dated 04.05.2026 to the limited extent of marking presence of learned senior counsel Mr. Sandeep Sharma, who had appeared on his behalf and had addressed arguments.

I categorically remember and even record reflects that Mr. Sandeep Sharma, Senior Advocate had appeared and addressed arguments on behalf of the applicant. Even my rough notes bear his name. Apparently, since on the day of closure of arguments, Mr. Sharma, Senior Advocate could not appear, his name is not reflected in the final order dated 04.05.2026. 3.
