The present petition under Sections 10/12 of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971 read with Article 215 of the Constitution of India, 1950 seeks following prayers:- "

Vide common judgment dated 15.10.2025 in W.P.(C) 15862/2025 and other connected petition, the following order was passed by learned Division Bench of this Court: - The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. The Order is downloaded from the DHC Server on 24/12/2025 at 12:01:05

"1. Learned Counsel for the parties are ad idem that these writ petitions can be disposed of with a direction to the respondents to take a decision on the petitioners' representations and pass a reasoned and speaking order within a period of four weeks from today.

2. The order, as and when passed, shall forthwith be communicated to the petitioner.

3. Needless to state, should the petitioner continue to remain aggrieved, his remedies in law shall remain reserved."

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondents, who appears on advance notice, submits that the present petition is not maintainable as no representation had been filed by the petitioner. 5.

In view of the above, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the present petition with liberty to file representation.

The present petition is dismissed as withdrawn and disposed of accordingly.
