CORAM:
HON'BLE MR. JUSTICE A.K. PATHAK
O R D E R
% 04.04.2016 Petitioner association has challenged the show cause notices issued under Section 345-A of the DMC Act for sealing of the shops to the individual shop owners. Instead of filing individual reply to the show cause notice, shop owners have preferred this writ petition through the Association, thereby challenging the sealing action initiated by the respondent no.4. It is for the individual shop owners to file the reply to the show cause notices with the respondent no.4 and appear before the authority. After final orders are passed, it may be open to the shop owners to challenge such orders, in accordance with
law. I am not inclined to entertain this Writ Petition against the show cause notices issued to shop owners. Petition is dismissed. Dasti.
