On 6th May, 2016, an application for preponement of the date of hearing was filed which, after arguments, was dismissed as withdrawn. On 11th July, 2016, again nobody appeared on behalf of the petitioner and the matter was adjourned for today.

None appears on behalf of the petitioner today. It appears that the petitioner is not interested in prosecuting the present petition. Consequently, the present petition and applications are dismissed for non-prosecution.
