Appellant Insurance Company has filed an Appeal for reduction of compensation. The matter has been mutually settled between the parties wherein the principal amount of awarded compensation of Rs.11,23,200/- has been reduced by Rs.1,71,000/- as principal amount in favour of the claimants. It is informed that the Insurance Company has deposited 75% of the awarded amount, i.e., 8,42,400/- along with interest in terms of the order passed by this Court dated 10.7.2014. 2.
In view of the settlement arrived at between the parties, the Insurance Company is directed to deposit the balance principal amount of Rs.1,09,800/- along with up-to-date interest @ 9% p.a. from the date of filing of the petition before Delhi High Court Legal
Services Committe (DHLCSC) within a period of four weeks from today, failing which it shall carry interest @ 7.5% p.a. on the delayed deposit. The said amount shall be released by the DHCLSC to the respondents claimants in terms of the Award of the learned Tribunal. Further, 75% of the awarded amount along with accrued interest shall also be released to the respondents claimants in terms of the Award of the learned Tribunal.

The Registrar General shall release the statutory amount of Rs. 25000/- along with interest, if any, to the Insurance Company. Consequently, the appeal stands disposed of accordingly. 4.
