No.47162/2017 This is an application seeking extension of time to vacate the premises; the premises had to be vacated (in terms of the order dated 04.05.2017) on or before 31.12.2017. This Court is not inclined to grant any extension of time in view of the clear import of the order dated 30.04.2017. This Court additionally notes that this is not a residential premises but a commercial shop.

Dismissed.
