This is a petition filed under Section 29A of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 seeking extension of the mandate of the Arbitral Tribunal for making and publishing the award. 2.

Mr. Rautray, learned counsel for the petitioner, states that the record was voluminous and hence, the delay.

For the said reasons, issue notice.

Mr. Kapoor, learned counsel accepts notice on behalf of the respondent and has no objection to the petition being allowed. 5.
