This is a petition filed under Section 29A (4) and (5) of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 seeking extension of the mandate of the Arbitral Tribunal by a further period of 12 months for making and publishing the final Award.

Mr. Mattam states that the matter is at the final stage. 3.

For the said reasons, issue notice.

Ms. Agarwal, learned counsel accepts notice on behalf of the respondents and has no objection to the petition being allowed. I am satisfied that a sufficient cause has been shown. 6.
