This is a petition filed under Section 29A (4) and (5) of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 seeking extension of the mandate of the Arbitral Tribunal by a further period of 12 months for making and publishing the final Award.

For the said reasons, issue notice.

Ms. Agarwal, learned counsel accepts notice on behalf of the respondents and has no objection to the petition being allowed.
