The present petition has been filed under Section 29-A of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, seeking extension of the mandate of the Arbitral Tribunal.

Counsel appearing on behalf of the respondent does not oppose the petition.

It is stated that the award has been reserved by the Arbitral Tribunal. 4.

Accordingly, the mandate of the Arbitral Tribunal is extended for a period of four (4) months from today.

The period from 22nd November, 2025 till today, stands regularized. 6.
