Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the Petitioner would candidly state that in view of the judgment passed by the Hon'ble Supreme Court in Jagdeep Chowgule v. Sheela Chowgule, [2026 SCC OnLine SC 124], the present Petition may not be maintainable before this Court, and in view thereof, seeks and is granted the liberty to take such steps as are available to him under the law. 3.
