The present application under Section 482 of the BNSS (Section 438 of the Cr.P.C.) seeks anticipatory bail in case FIR No. 572/2022, under Sections 302/394/397/201/411/34 of the IPC, registered at P.S. Govind Puri. 3.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the applicant seeks leave to withdraw the present application on the ground that inadvertently the application has been filed for anticipatory bail; however, the present applicant is in judicial custody. He further seeks liberty to file a fresh application under appropriate provisions of law.
