After arguing at some length, learned counsel for the appellant states that he may be permitted to withdraw the instant Letters Patent Appeal with liberty to the appellant to seek clarification of the judgment and order so far as it decides the W.P.(C) 6461/2018 passed by the learned Single Judge which is under challenge here.

The LPA is thus dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed. 4.
