This is petition under Article 227 of the Constitution of India with the prayer for reopening of the petitioner's evidence. 2.
Perusal of the record reveals that defendant's evidence was closed way back on 05.01.2024. The petitioners filed an application under Order XVI Rule 1 CPC for summoning of fresh witnesses at the stage of final arguments. The said application came to be dismissed vide order dated 16.03.2024.

The petitioner has not been able to justify as to why the application for reopening of the petitioner's evidence be allowed at such a belated stage.
