The present petition is filed challenging the order dated 08.08.2024 (hereafter 'the impugned order') passed by the learned JMFC in Ct. Case No. 1846/2022.

Concededly, the impugned order passed by the learned JMFC is revisable before the learned Court of Sessions. 3.
Considering the above, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty to withdraw the present petition and file an appropriate petition before the learned Court of Sessions. 4.
Considering that the matter has been pending before this Court since November, 2024, the learned Court of Sessions, in case the petition is filed within a period of four weeks, is directed The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above.
