% 31.03.2016 Present writ petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondent no.1-school to charge fee as applicable to the special 60% quota. It has been averred in the writ petition that the petitioners are wards of IRSE Group-A Officers selected through UPSC. Learned counsel for the petitioners states that respondent no. 1school is charging fees as applicable to the General Category Schools from the petitioners, whereas similarly situated wards of persons belonging to IRSE services are paying 30% less fee. A perusal of the file reveals that the representations made by the petitioners vide e-mails dated 8th September, 2015 (at pages 59-60 of the paper book) and 26th February, 2016 (at pages 72-73 of the paper book) have not been disposed of by respondent no.1 till date. Consequently, the present writ petition is disposed of with a direction to respondent no.1/school to dispose of the aforesaid representations filed by the father of the petitioners within a period of

four weeks by way of a reasoned order.

In the meantime the petitioners, without prejudice to their rights and contentions, shall continue to pay the fees as applicable to the General Category Schools.
