This petition is filed seeking direction to the respondents to mutate the name of the petitioners in their records w.r.t. Khasra no.38/9 (4-16) on the basis of the family settlement dated 17.12.2018. 2.
The grievance raised is that in spite of filing an application dated 09.03.2021 and reminders thereafter, the needful had not been done. 3.
Learned counsels for the parities are ad idem that the land in question has now been urbanized and the issue as to who has to carry the mutation of the urbanized land is sub-judice before the Division Bench of this Court. 4.
In view of the above, this writ petition is disposed of at this stage with liberty to the petitioners to avail remedy in accordance with law after the decision of the Division Bench on the issue of mutation pending as on date. 5.

deal with it in accordance with law expeditiously. The petitioners shall be at liberty to approach this Court in case there is an inordinate delay in dealing with the matter by the forum concerned.
