The present application has been filed on behalf of the petitioners seeking revival of the present writ petition and further seeking directions to the respondents to provide Sanctioned Plan, specifying the demarcation of the lift shaft, correlating with the proposed installation of the lift at the site in question.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioners has drawn the attention of this Court to the documents, as provided by the respondents to the petitioners, to submit that the location of the lift is not clear at all from the The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. It is further submitted that the said documents are without any official stamps and do not seem to be authenticated.

Issue notice. Notice is accepted by learned counsel appearing for the respondent-Municipal Corporation of Delhi ("MCD"), who submits that the documents provided by the respondents are the authenticated documents. 5.

Considering the submissions made before this Court with regard to ambiguity in the location of the lift to be installed in the area in question, it is directed that the petitioners, through their authorized representatives, shall appear before the concerned Official of the MCD, i.e., Executive Engineer, Building-I, Rohini Zone, Delhi on 30th December, 2025 at 11:00 AM. 6.

The authorized representative of the petitioners shall carry the documents provided by the MCD and seek clarification with respect to the exact location, where the lift is proposed to be installed. 7.

All the queries of the petitioners, in that regard, shall be duly answered by the concerned Official.

With the aforesaid directions, the present application is accordingly disposed of.
