This is an application filed by the respondent for early hearing of the writ petition.

We note the date of hearing is 16.01.2026. The reasons for filing the early hearing application have been stated in paragraph 7 of the application. 3.

for the empanelment of Event Management Company. 4.

Mr. Anurag Ahluwalia, learned Senior Advocate states in view of the submission made by the counsel for the respondent on instructions, nothing further survives in the petition.

We by taking the stand of the respondent, conveyed by the counsel, on record, that the ongoing tender process shall be cancelled and a fresh tender for empanelment of Event Management Company shall be issued by including the partnership firm registered under the Partnership Act, 1932, dispose of the petition as infructuous.

Interim order stands vacated.

The date already fixed is cancelled.
