The instant petition is for the following reliefs:- (A).Writ, Order or Direction for the compliance of the order of the CIC dated 26.03.2025 at Annexure P-4.

(B).For issuance of appropriate writ or direction to the respondent to disclose the information sought in the RTI application dated 23.08.2022, annexed as Annexure P-1.

(C) For any other writ/order or direction this Hon'ble Court deems necessary in the interest of justice."

The sole grievance raised by the petitioner seems to be with respect to non-compliance of the purported existing directions passed by Central Information Commission („CIC‟). The petitioner contends that despite the directions passed by the CIC, complete information has not been furnished. This Court in Ravinder Yadav. v. Central Information Commission & Ors.,1 Vipin Kumar Tyagi v. Union of India & Ors.,2 and Bimla Bhardwaj v. Delhi Jal Board3 has held that the CIC is sufficiently empowered under the provisions of the Right to Information Act, 2005 ("RTI Act"), to adjudicate upon the issue of purported non-compliance of its orders.

Accordingly, it is directed that the petitioner to file a fresh complaint raising all grievances with respect to non-compliance of the CIC directions. If the petitioner does so, let the CIC to deal with the same in accordance with law and to pass appropriate order(s) within a period of three months from the date of receipt of the complaint.

With the aforesaid observations, the instant petition stands disposed of.
