These are applications filed under Section 151 of CPC, 1908 seeking the following prayer:

"(a) dispose the captioned Writ Petition in light of Resolution passed by the General Council of the BCI, in its meeting held on 11.01.2026 read with Order dated 23.02.2026 passed by the Hon'ble Supreme Court in W.P. The fresh applications have been filed in view of the resolution passed by the General Council of the Bar Council of India and Order of the Hon'ble Supreme Court dated 23.02.2026 passed in W.P. (C) No.799 of 2025. 3.

The parties are agreeable that in view of the resolution dated NIL passed by the Bar Council of India, wherein the said resolution replaced the moratorium framework, the petitioner is no more barred and is entitled to apply in accordance with the resolution for the academic year 2026-27. 4.

The observations of the Hon'ble Supreme Court passed in W.P. (C) No.799 of 2025 are binding on the petitioner, the respondent as well as on this Court.

With these directions the petitions are disposed of. 6.
