By way of this petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India read with Section 482 Cr.P.C., petitioner is seeking grant of parole for a period of one month on the ground of filing SLP before the Hon'ble Supreme Court.

On the last date of hearing, ASC for the State submitted that GNCT of Delhi will dispose of the application of the petitioner for release on parole within two weeks.

It is informed by the ASC for the State that parole application has been allowed for a period of one month by the State vide order No. F.2/SCS2/Parole/2016/1885, dated 26.02.2016. 5.
In view of the above, no further direction is necessary in the matter. 6.
The application has become infructuous and the same is hereby dismissed.
