The status report has been filed, which indicates that efforts have been made to trace out Bheru Lal, who had jumped parole granted to him pursuant to the orders of this Court.

It is also stated that a reward of ₹25,000/- has been declared to provide information/clues regarding his whereabouts.

The surety bonds furnished by the sureties have also been invoked and have been complied with.

In view of the above, no further orders are required to be passed except to direct the police authorities to continue the efforts to apprehend the petitioner (Bheru Lal).
