Pursuant to the directions passed by this Court on 23.12.2025, the Airport Authority of India has passed a fresh order on 10.02.2026. Via this order, the petitioner has been debarred for a period of one year from the date of the order from participating directly or indirectly in any tender, consultancy, design or work relating to the Airport Authority of India. 2.
In view thereof the instant petition has been rendered infructuous, as the petitioner will have to take appropriate remedy against the order dated 10.02.2026. Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of. Pending application shall also stand disposed of.
