This writ petition is filed by the Petitioners under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking a direction to the Respondents to update the status of Petitioner No.1 institute and display its name in the list/category of recognised institutions for conducting PTC(D.El.Ed) course on their official website.

Mr. Mohinder J.S. Rupal, learned counsel accepts notice on behalf of the Respondents and, on instructions, submits that after carrying out the necessary verification, status of the Petitioner No.1 as recognised Institution, will be uploaded on the website of NCTE.

The assurance is taken on record and needless to state shall bind NCTE. Let the needful be done within three weeks from today.
