O R D E R

% 13.03.2019 Parties have settled their disputes under the aegis of the Delhi High Court Mediation and Conciliation Centre. The settlement agreement dated 22nd December, 2018 is on record. The Court has pursued the settlement terms. The same are lawful and there is no impediment in recording the same.

The agreement is signed by Plaintiff No. 1, Ms. Poonam on behalf of herself and her children, who are the other Plaintiffs in the suit. The settlement agreement is also signed by Defendant No. 1, Shri Ajit Singh and Shri Hoshiyar Singh, who is a confirming party. Counsel for the Plaintiff and counsel for the Defendant No. 1 have also signed the agreement. None has appeared for the parties today. It appears that parties are not interested, in view of the settlement agreement, which is already entered into. The mediator has endorsed the settlement agreement.

The settlement agreement is accepted. The suit is decreed in terms of the Clauses 1 to 13 of the settlement agreement, which shall be read as part of the present order and the decree.

Decree sheet be drawn in terms of the above order, read with the settlement agreement dated 22nd December, 2018. No order as to costs.
