Mr. Gautam Narayan, learned senior counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that so far as prayers A and B are concerned, the same stand mitigated in view of certain subsequent developments. He, however, presses for prayer C and seeks directions to respondent no.1 to decide his pending application for affiliation.

the application for affiliation of the petitioners pending before the respondent no. 2 (ad hoc committee constituted by respondent no.1) be considered within a period of six weeks from date of the receipt of a copy of the order passed today.

If for any reason, the application for affiliation is not acceptable to the ad hoc committee, let a reasoned order be passed. Thereafter, the petitioner shall be at liberty to take recourse in accordance with law. 4.
Petition stands disposed of.
