This writ petition is filed by the Petitioner under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking the following reliefs:- "[a] Issue a writ of certiorari quashing the decision taken by Respondent No.1 in its 61st General Body Meeting dated 05.08.2024 (Agenda Item 3 at Clauses I, II & VI) approving the Performance Appraisal Report (PAR) module for academic sessions 2021-22 & 2022-23, fee imposition, and consequential directives, as being without authority of law, beyond the scope of the NCTE Act, 1993, and violative of Articles 14, 19(1)(g), 21 and 265 of the Constitution of India; and [b] Issue a writ of certiorari quashing the Public Notice dated 02.04.2025 issued by the Respondent No.
1 insofar as it directs initiation of proceedings under Section 17 of the NCTE Act, 1993 for non-submission of PAR, being without jurisdiction and in excess of statutory powers; and [c] Issue a writ of certiorari quashing the withdrawal order dated 22.05.2025 issued by the Respondent No.2, thereby withdrawing recognition of the Petitioner's D.EL.ED. course from the academic session 2025-26, as being arbitrary, mechanical, violative of natural justice, and unsustainable under Section 17 of the NCTE Act, 1993; and W.P.(C) 19347/2025 The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above.
[d] Issue a writ of mandamus and direct the Respondent No.2 to restore the Petitioner's recognition for the D.EL.ED. course, reflect the same on its official website, and communicate it to the affiliating body and State authorities so as to enable the Petitioner to admit students for the academic session 2025-26; and [e] Pass such other and further orders as may be deemed just and proper in the interest of justice."

Mr. Anuj Kapoor, learned counsel accepts notice on behalf of the Respondents.

Learned counsel for the Petitioner, on instructions, does not press prayers [a] and [b].

Learned counsels for the parties are ad idem that the case of the Petitioner is covered on all four corners by the judgment of this Court passed on 15.12.2025 in a batch of similar petitions, one of them being W.P.(C) 5369/2025.

Accordingly, this writ petition is allowed and disposed of holding that the directions passed by the Court in paragraphs 12 to 16 of judgement dated 15.12.2025 will apply to the case of the Petitioner, including the direction to participate in counselling for the academic session 2025-2026 and admit students.
