The present writ petition is filed by the petitioner seeking the following reliefs:
"a) Issue writ of mandamus directing Respondents No.2 to furnish viscera/chemical analysis report to respondent no. 1 for immediate release within 7 days;
b) Directing Respondent No.1 to file the consequent report and hand over to the petitioner in turn she can withdraw the death benefits & furnish complete FSL Report (Including inquest report) c) Grant interim relief for immediate release pending hearing." 2.
The petitioner's husband was found unconscious at the hotel on 18.07.2025, whereafter, he was declared as brought dead at the Hospital.

The petitioner seems to be essentially aggrieved that despite her husband having died around five months back, the cause of his death has still not been ascertained and the viscera/chemical analysis is still pending from the FSL, Rohini. At the outset, the learned Additional Standing Counsel for the State submits that a request will be sent to the FSL, Rohini for expediting the report. She submits that appropriate action will be taken in accordance with law promptly.

In view of the said submission, no further orders are required to be passed in the present petition at this stage. 6.
The petition stands disposed of with aforesaid observations.
7.
Petitioner is at liberty to file appropriate proceedings in case any grievance remains in future.
