O R D E R
% 22.01.2016 Vide order dated 02.11.2015 the Hon'ble Court has, inter-alia, passed the following order:- "xxxx xxxx xxxx xxxx For all these reasons, we find no merit in this writ petition which is dismissed with costs which are quantified at Rs.5,000/ per petitioner which shall be deposited in this court within a period of four weeks from today. The costs shall be apportioned in three equal shares to each of the respondent nos.1, 2 and 3.
The matter shall be listed before the Registrar General on 08th December, 2015 to monitor the deposit of the costs and its disbursement to the respondents."
The Registry has reported that six pay orders for Rs.5,000/- each have been deposited by petitioner Nos.1,2,5,6,8 and 9 and the same have been forwarded to the Cash Branch.
The Cash Branch has reported that the said pay orders have been sent to the UCO Bank, Delhi High Court for encashment and issuance of three pay orders of the equal amount in favour of the respondent Nos.1 to 3 in terms of order dated 02.11.2015 passed by the Hon'ble Court. So far as petitioner Nos.3,4 and 7 are concerned, they have already deposited the costs which was quantified at Rs.5000/- per petitioner.
The Deputy Registrar (B&A) is directed to release the pay orders to the respondent Nos.1 to 3 against proper receipt and identification in terms of order dated 02.11.2015.
