% 28.03.2019 By these petitions, the petitioners seek anticipatory bail in case FIR No.90/2018 under Sections 186/353/332/323/308/427/34 IPG registered at PS Fatehpur Beri.

After some arguments learned counsel for the petitioners seeks leave to withdraw the anticipatory bail applications with liberty to sun-ender before the learned Trial Court and move regular bail applications. Leave and liberty granted.

Petitions are dismissed as withdrawn.
