In this disposed of appeal, by way of this application, the legal heirs of respondent/claimant-Bharat Singh seek transfer of FDRs No.410956 and 410957 in the name of Bharat Singh, into Smt. Bimla Devi's Bank Account No.15530110083215 and also transfer of the amount lying in Bharat Singh's Account No.15530110083246 in the afore-said account of his wife-Smt. Bimla Devi. During the pendency of this appeal, legal heirs of late Bharat Singh were brought on record vide order of 21st September, 2017.

Upon notice, appellant's counsel does not oppose this application. 3.

In view of unrebutted averments in the application, it is allowed and the Manager, UCO Bank, Delhi High Court Branch is directed to transfer the amount lying in the bank account of late Bharat Singh in Smt. Bimla Devi's Bank Account No. 15530110083215 alongwith aforesaid MAC.APP. 590/2014

FDRs with interest accrued thereon. Late Bharat Singh's share of the enhanced compensation be also deposited by appellant in Smt. Bimla Devi's Bank Account No. 15530110083215.
