% 24.05.2017 Learned counsel for petitioners submits that petitioner No.2 has died more than two years ago, but still legal heirs have not been brought on record. The particulars of legal heirs are yet to be ascertained by petitioners and the acquisition of the land in question is also required to be challenged.

In such a situation, it is deemed appropriate to dispose of this petition and the application with liberty to petitioners to seek relief as claimed in this petition and to challenge the acquisition of the land in question.
