The present petition has been filed by the petitioner/complainant for cancellation of interim bail granted to respondent No.7 Saiyyed Haider Ali. However, it has been revealed from the order dated 08.06.2017 that the Trial Court has granted regular bail to respondent No.7 Saiyyed Haider Ali. In view of above, since the respondent No.7 Saiyyed Haider Ali has been granted regular bail by the Trial Court, the present petition challenging the cancellation of interim bail has become infructuous.
