% 29.01.2016 The present petition has been filed for setting aside of the condition imposed by the Trial Court vide order dated 25th February, 2015 for the deposit of Rs.5,00,000/- in the form of FDR. During the course of arguments, it transpired that the challan has already been filed in the case and the accused has already furnished the bail bond and now the subject matter is appearance before the Trial Court. The admitted position is that the operation of Section 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure in respect of grant of bail, has already come to an end when the bail bond was furnished in the Court. Therefore, no relief can be granted.

The petition is disposed of accordingly.
